I will like to bring it to our notice that knowing what we are selling and having a good product knowledge of them is *KEY TO SUCCESS.*
Here are some tips that will be of help to us to succeed in the Real Estate Business:
*1. Have a product Knowledge of what you are selling*
E.g. Size, Title, Landmark, Location, Environment etc...also knowing the state of the property, if it's water logged or dry land etc.
*2. Visit the location (Site inspection)*
You can't market what you don't know. There's no short cut in this business. At least have an idea of the landmark.
*3. Get your marketing materials:*
Have a visual tool such as Video of the property; Survey Plan, Title Document, photos and Layout. Video & photographs speaks a lot than your talk
*4. Answer questions from your prospects*
Always answer the questions that you are being asked. Don't talk too much while marketing. Be smart, & don't over Market.
*5. Take Responsibility*
Even though we are in the business of Networking, never lay blame on your partner. They are there to guide you not to spoon-feed you.
*6. Always be available/ready for inspection*
Make yourself available to go with your clients for site inspection because most prospects wants you to go with them. It is easier to close deals when you go with your clients to site. Don't depend on the company to do your work. Remember the staff in the company are also there as workers not an entrepreneur, consultant like you.
*7. Be concise with your marketing:*
When talking to a prospect, go straight to the point, some prospects does not have the time to listen to you more than expected. Don't tell them to come and buy, always tell them to invest.
*8. Real Estate Business is REAL*
Real estate is the only investment that is REAL. You can never go wrong.
*9. Real Estate can't be destroyed/stolen*
It is an Investment that can't be destroyed and can't be stolen if rightly secured.
The most important thing to do is to partner/buy from a reputable, reliable and trusted company, and I believe PBN is one of the companies you can rely on
*10. Real Estate Investment is a legacy*
It is a legacy that you can leave behind for your generations yet to come
