Synagogue church of all nation ensconced by Pastor T.B Joshua has obviously been a blessing to all the landlords in ikotun egbe lagos nigeria as they no longer accommodate tenants because they've turned their houses into lodging business.
Everyone coming for church programs are being held by hustlers pleading and dragging them to follow them to their separate lodging centers while the agents & landlords earning from the 2, 3 to 5 days of accommodation fee which they considered better than 6 months, 1 year or 2 years rent fee from tenants.
Collecting accommodation money every 3 to 7 days from each tourists visiting synagogue for any of the church services is better than collecting two years rent from tenants.
The population of synagogue visitors have also affected shops(businesses) within the area as it increase the sales of goods and services.
Many landlords with uncompleted buildings have been able to complete their homes but as inflation & deflation do occur in business, it's obvious that one of the building of synagogue that fell last year has brought bad market to the landlords within the environment and some of them are now welcoming tenants to rent their houses since Pastor T.B Joshua has rescheduled synagogue church activities & the population not as it used to be perhaps nobody want to die inside a church building again.
There's nothing like buying of anointed water in the bible because GOD's renown anointing is not for sale.
Even when Elisha in the bible turned dirty river into becoming immaculate river after pouring salts in it, he never in any way put the water from that river "for sale"!
