1.Go to school to learn how to be an employee.
2.Find a company that will employ you.
3.Work there for 35/40years.
4.Retire.
In recent decades, the promise of being rewarded by the company for your hardwork and loyalty has been exposed as a Myth.
Thus the New Economy System:
1. Go to school to learn to be an employee.
2.Find a company that will employ you.
3.Switch companies for various political and economic reasons every 3 or 5 years over the course of your career.
4.Find that you can't retire comfortably after 35/40 years, so you keep working.
Companies no longer pay by time but by performance, you constantly meet target to get your due salary or a promotion. Whether you meet the target or not companies still win and guess what they don't have your interest at heart...
These however is caused by technology. Technology and efficiency is the major cause of unemployment. My advice to all employee, don't be too comfortable. Read the hand writing on the wall. Just like the farmers' children read the hand written and took to other vocation. To students, Corp members, rearrange your dream your dream to be an employee. Mobile phone has caused our postal service employees unemployed. Machines has reduced the staffs in bank, just look at the ATM, counting machine etc. I won't be surprised that lecturers would no longer be needed as students will be thoughts by computers... Bill Gates said, that technology will make our work more efficient and fast but the saddest thing about it is that it will render many unemployed. Don't think the situation will change, it won't. It will even accelerate. You better think deep because indeed what used to work way back don't work again. Be wise.
*YESTERDAY, YOU SAID TOMORROW*... now it's month end. Just 3 months out of 2016.
What is it you are procrastinating? It's time to stop complaining and start doing.
Conquer your fears. Break fresh ground... Test your faith and live happy....
The grave is rich with potentials that never got used. unlived lives, lyrics that were never heard, great ideas that were never expressed, unexpressed emotions and wishes...
You will be more happier if you Make the most of the opportunities you have!
You will be more fulfilled if you try than postponed for ever....
You will be happier if you finally conquer your fears and hit.

*You were born for this*... It's happening in your time.
Financial Freedom is a ladder you can't climb with your hands in your pockets, it's not about wishes. You must take ACTION.
Make your passion your profession, place a commercial value on it, with diligence, perseverance and smart work you will be amazed how high you will soar within a shortest time.
